2014-15 Ray Heslop Under 21 AAA Dedication Award

KYLE PEMBER

A 13-year veteran of the GTHL, Pember spent the past three seasons with the Scarborough Young Bruins Under-21 AAA team while pursuing a degree at the University of Toronto. His towering presence, not only in stature with his 6-foot-6 frame, but as a leader, continues to impress those around him.

Pember, who began his minor hockey career at age five in the Cedar Hill Hockey League, idolizes GTHL graduate and New York Islanders captain John Tavares.

The puck from his first goal is his favourite piece of sports memorabilia and his most memorable moment in the GTHL was scoring a hat trick as a defenseman in 2010.
