The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) will be hosting another two High Performance 1 (HP1) Coaches Clinics this summer, to help meet the requirements of Hockey Canada HP1 Policy. Over the last three years, the OHF has trained close to seven hundred coaches at ten clinics.
The first stage of the HP1 program is attending the in class seminar This year, the OHF will host clinics in Toronto and Barrie, over two weekends in June (June 9‐11; June 17‐18) at Humber College in Toronto and July 6‐9th at Georgian College in Barrie. After the in‐class portion of the program, coaches will complete a written assignment and receive feedback from a mentor. The final step is a practice and game assessment completed by an OHF trained evaluator.Applications for the HP1 program are available on the OHF website by clicking on the following link
