We’re decking the halls with all-star events and holiday spirit as we enter December. Here’s what’s happening around the G this month.

Port Credit Storm Classic
December 6-8
Open to house league teams from Novice to Bantam, the Port Credit Storm Classic will host teams from across the province over three days of competition. The tournament will include MVP prizing each game as well as a welcome package for each player.

GTHL Top Prospects Game, Powered by Under Armour
December 10
The 11th annual rendition of the GTHL Top Prospects Game, Powered by Under Armour will host 40 of the top Minor Midget “AAA” prospects. Former players selected include current NHL superstars Mitch Marner, Max Domi, and Connor McDavid. Tickers are on sale now. Click here to purchase.

Midget “AAA” All-Star Game
December 17
The top Midget “AAA” players from 12 teams across the League will showcase their skillset for scouts leading into the Under-18 Priority Selection. Puck drops at 7:30 pm at Scotiabank Pond. Admission is free of charge.

Christmas Classic
December 13-15
A holiday tradition hosted by Streetsville House League, the Christmas Classic will see house league and select teams from Minor Bantam to Midget take the ice for a minimum of three games. All games take place at Vic Johnston Arena.

Toronto Marlboros International Holiday Classic
December 27-30
The best “AAA” teams from Peewee to Minor Midget flock to the Toronto Marlboros International Holiday classic year after year to catch the attention of the over 200 scouts in attendance. Teams from across North America register for the tournament, which holds a four game guarantee.
