As we watch and support the message behind the protests in Canada and the United States, we are reminded that we must continue to better understand the racial injustices that are prevalent in our society.  The GTHL has begun an organizational transformation focused on Culture, Diversity, and Inclusiveness. We are at the beginning of this journey and are identifying our shortcomings and strategies to be better.

We stand with those who demand justice and equality.  We stand with those who believe in change. We commit to being part of that change.
