Nutrition Tuesday: Trail Mix

Feeding your body with the fuel needed for every shift will help you seamlessly transition back to the ice when the time comes. Every Tuesday, nutritionist Seanna Thomas will be bringing you recipes and nutrition tips via the GTHL Instagram that will help to build healthy routines. For Tuesday, May 19, Seanna will be making trail mix for quick and healthy snacking. You’ll need:
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup goji berries
Optional: Sprinkle in some chocolate chips and hemp hearts.
