The North York Knights need one single point before they can add a Scotiabank GTHL Playoff Championship beside their GTHL Regular Season Championship trophy. The fifth-seeded Humber Valley Sharks put up a fight this post-season, surprising the West by clawing their way to the city final.

The fourth place Mississauga North Stars managed to upset both the first and second seeded teams in the West and are now looking to do the same in the city finals as they face the first place North York Knights.

Minor Atom A
The Duffield Devils were able to follow up their GTHL Regular Season Championship with a Scotiabank GTHL Playoff title. The Devils defeated the North York Knights in four games in the city final.


Atom A
After losing out on a Scotiabank GTHL Playoff Championship during the Minor Atom season, the Willowdale Blackhawks were able to get the job done in year two. The team will go on to the OHF Championships in Etobicoke.


Minor Peewee AA
Missing out on a GTHL Regular Season Championship by a single point, the Streetsville Tigers redeemed themselves with a Scotiabank GTHL Playoff title. The Tigers won the series against the first-seeded Toronto Shamrocks 8-2.


Minor Bantam A
After a disappointing Peewee season, the Toronto Aeros turned up the intensity during their Minor Bantam year, winning both a Scotiabank GTHL Playoff Championship and GTHL Regular Season Championship.


Minor Bantam AAA
The latest title for the Jr. Canadiens marks the fourth consecutive GTHL Scotiabank Playoff Championship for the Jr. Canadiens squad. 


Minor Midget A
After winning a GTHL Regular Season Championship, the Leaside Flames defeated the Humberview Huskies to earn their title as Minor Midget A Scotiabank GTHL Playoff Champions.
