Second Annual I Play In The G Festival a Celebration of the GTHL Community

Every once in a while it’s nice to deter from the regular routine. While areas are bustling on any given weekend, the second annual I Play In The G Festival aims to add some excitement to the average weekend hockey routine. The Festival, taking place January 11-13 at Scotiabank Pond, will see activations and giveaways from a variety of partners and sponsors. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect.

Dairy Farmers of Ontario
Dairy Farmers of Ontario will be fueling over 3,300 athletes with chocolate milk throughout the GTHL I Play in the G Festival. Didn’t make it in the line up? Our excited team of Brand Ambassadors will be at Scotiabank Pond with our brand new hockey game, where athletes and their friends and family can test their shooting skills! For everyone that participates, they’ll walk away with some Recharge With Milk SWAG. Look forward to seeing you there!

GTHL Equipment Drive
The Greater Toronto Hockey League will be holding an equipment drive at the 2ndAnnual I Play in the G Festival. From January 11th-13th swing by Scotiabank Pond to drop off your used hockey equipment in the lobby.

Equipment donated will be given to the Sport, Wellness and Athletic Network (SWAN), a community group recently formed to provide sport and wellness opportunities to children in the Lawrence Heights area of Toronto.
