U12 Markham Islanders and U14 Vaughan Rangers help build toy mountain

This holiday season, the Under-12 Markham Islanders and U14 Vaughan Rangers united off the ice for a good cause.

The teams came together to collect toys for CTV’s Toy Mountain in support of The Salvation Army. The 2022 Toy Mountain campaign marks its 27th year, inviting businesses, schools, organizations, community groups, and CTV viewers to collect and donate toys to local families in need.

“It was so great to see the teams come together for such a good cause and to help ensure every child gets a gift this holiday season,” Naomi Parness, former CTV News reporter and Toy Mountain supporter, shared.
