12 GTHL Alumni Selected For World Under-17 Hockey Challenge
Hockey Canada has announced the 66 players who will compete on three Canadian teams at the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. A total of 12 GTHL alumni were announced to the roster, including four defensemen and eight forwards. Alumni from seven different GTHL clubs were selected, all of whom made an appearance in the 2016 GTHL Top Prospects Game, Powered by Under Armour.
The World Under-17 Hockey Challenge will kick off on Sunday, November 5 in Dawson Creek and Fort St. John, British Columbia. Click here for more information.
