RICH TERNIEDEN

Rich began coaching his sons, John and David, in 1993 and has since been a key cog in the West Mall Lightning Minor Hockey Association. Described as a leader who always makes time to help out, he hopes to instill the values of integrity and dedication to the members of his association.

His favourite memory as a hockey coaching was leading the Learn to Play program in house league for four years.
