- Day 1: Do a random act of kindness.
- Day 2: Stay off social media for a day (or longer).
- Day 3: Spend time outside/in nature.
- Day 4: Declutter your room.
- Day 5: Focus on something positive you did today.
- Day 6: Spend time with family or friends.
- Day 7: Compliment a teammate.
