While many may measure time in hockey seasons, the start of a new calendar year offers an opportunity to look at the passing of time a little differently. Greater Toronto Hockey League Announces Details Surrounding 2017 Midget All-Star Festival
Two weeks into 2017, over 115 Midget-aged players participated in the 16th annual Midget All-Star Festival. Players from “A”, AA” and “AAA” divisions took over Rink 1 at Scotiabank Pond for back-to-back-to-back games. 82 GTHL Players Selected in 2017 OHL Priority Selection
Brandon Coe of the Toronto Young Nationals was the first GTHL player to be drafted when he was selected third overall by the North Bay Batallion.
