Tony Visca, GTHL OHL Gold Cup Director of Operation’s and Co‐ordinator of Player Development, announced the selection of its coaching and evaluation staffs for the 2015 OHL Gold Cup, an annual event created to showcase Ontario’s top Under‐16 talent and to serve as an evaluation and selection platform for Team Canada.

The future of Canadian hockey is on display during the OHL Gold Cup, with eight teams and 160 players representing the GTHL, ALLIANCE, Hockey Eastern Ontario, Hockey Northwestern Ontario, Northern Ontario Hockey Association, and Ontario Minor Hockey Association.
Top players from the OHL Gold Cup will be selected to attend Hockey Canada’s National Under-17 Development Camp, where staff will select 66 players from across the country to represent Canada at the World Under‐17 Hockey Challenge in December 2015.
The 2015 OHL Gold Cup will run from May 6 to 10 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium in Kitchener.
