OHL Gold Cup Rosters Announced
The OHL Gold Cup Steering Committee has announced the rosters for the eight teams competing in the 2017 OHL Gold Cup, including the two GTHL teams.
The 2017 OHL Gold Cup will feature 160 of the top 2001-born players in Ontario. The tournament showcases the providence’s top U-16 talent while allowing Hockey Canada to scout player’s for Canada’s three teams that will compete in the World U-17 Hockey Challenge.
GTHL teams will be looking to win their third consecutive OHL Gold Cup title during the 2017 campaign. Both the 2016 and 2015 tournaments were captured by the GTHL. All players featured were selected by one of 20 OHL teams during the 2017 OHL Priority Selection.
