The Greater Toronto Hockey League, in partnership with Nothers The Award Store, was proud to recognize its 2024 Award winners at the Hockey Hall of Fame on June 6.

Congratulations to Mike Gordon, the recipient of the Gus Gordon Memorial Officials Award recognizing an official who displays a balance between positive attitude, dedication, competence, and improvement.

Mike is a product of the Scarborough Hockey Association (SHA). From officiating roller hockey to the GTHL as well as junior hockey, Mike is a prime example of how far hard-work, dedication, and a love for the game will get you. Mike worked his first Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) Championship back in 2003. Since then, Mike has worked GTHL Under-18 All-Star games, OHL Cups, and more.
