The King Clancy Cup made its return this season, concluding Saturday, April 19. Welcoming 74 non-playoff teams in the ‘A,’ ‘AA,’ and ‘AAA’ competitive divisions, a total of 294 games were played, resulting in 13 champions.
With the 13 champions, a total of 23 different clubs made a finals appearance. At the ‘A’ level, the North York Knights led all clubs with two finals appearances. Of the two appearances, the Under-13 ‘A’ North York Knights captured the King Clancy Cup championship.
At the ‘AA’ level, the Duffield Devils and Humber Valley Sharks tied for most finals appearances, as the Devils U10 ‘AA’ team claimed the cup.
Overall, the Duffield Devils, Willowdale Hawks, and North York Knights led the way with two finals appearances each, with each Club taking home one King Clancy Cup championship.
