The GTHL is looking to add Series Chairs in our western conference for the 2019-2020 season.

The role of the Series Rep is to follow a specified age group while observing and reporting items to the League, including style of play and concerns from teams. The Series Rep will follow the age group up until the end of the season, making trophy presentations and accompanying teams that qualify to the Ontario Hockey Federation or Hockey Canada Championships. This position is suited for individuals who love the sport of hockey and who want to use their hockey experience to make the overall GTHL experience better for players, parents, coaches, and officials.

The Series Reps(Chairs) will report to the GTHL and will be required to submit reports on game play and arena observations. They will gather feedback from teams on any concerns or suggestions for improvement.  Series Reps (Chairs) will introduce themselves before a game while wearing a GTHL jacket and presenting a GTHL business card. Introductions will be brief and won’t interfere with the teams’ preparation for their game.

This third year program has thrived with a small and dedicated team that have in the past played, coached and had the role of a Hockey parent to help them connect with our teams.
