On Feb. 19 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Feb. 21 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., FITS in partnership with the Stop Sports Injury Campaign and Exercise is Medicine, will host the second Injury Prevention Presentation.
The presentation is for any coach, parent or athlete that wants to understand that “Sport Injuries CAN BE Prevented.” Discover what leading researchers understand about injury prevention. More importantly, discover what you can do.
The event is FREE and is part of an initiative called Physical Literacy and Injury Prevention Program (PLIP).
Purchase a t-shirt ($15.00) to help support PLIP. Proceeds go directly to support efforts to spread the word that Sport Injuries CAN BE Prevented.
