GTHL Under 17 Talent Evaluation Camp

The Greater Toronto Hockey League will be hosting its Twenty-eighth Annual Under 17 Talent Evaluation Camp, April 5,6, 8 & 9, 2011, at Chesswood and Herbert H. Carnegie Community Arenas.

The purpose of conducting this Under 17 Camp is to determine those players who are interested in pursuing the Hockey Canada’s Program of Excellence and who wish to be considered for recommendation to the subsequent Team Ontario camp this summer. Only players registered with Hockey Canada who were born in 1995 and selected from this camp will be eligible to continue with the ongoing Hockey Canada Program of Excellence Camps.

One of the ultimate objectives of the Program of Excellence is to assemble and prepare a Canadian team for participation in the annual Under 17 International competition with Team Ontario.

If you are interested in becoming a part of this program, you must complete and return to the GTHL office by Tuesday March 1, 2011:

  • GTHL Under 17 Application Form
  • GTHL Under 17 Medical Form
  • A cheque payable to the GTHL for $295.00

From the applications only 80 players will be selected to attend the GTHL, Under 17 Talent Evaluation Camp. Unsuccessful applicants will have their cheques returned.
Team Rosters and Schedules will be posted in March.
