The GTHL Rookie Camp is a free learn-to-play hockey program administered by the Greater Toronto Hockey League in partnership with various community organizations.

The program provides children with a full set of new hockey equipment and on-ice instruction. Rookie Camp aims to increase participation in minor hockey programs while promoting an active lifestyle, teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Participation in the program is free of charge. If participants decide to register for minor hockey upon completion of the program, they will get to keep their equipment.
