NEW YORK AND TORONTO – On November 14, the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) established a leadership team responsible for the PWHL’s Officiating Department, representing a significant commitment by the League to its Officials and to the continued growth of the game. Along with the officiating leadership team, the PWHL announced its 2025-26 Officiating Team.
This season’s PWHL Officiating Team will consist of 30 referees and 29 linespersons from across North America. The roster of 59 officials, which includes 37 women and 22 men, features a total of 52 returnees and seven new linespersons.
Of the 59 officials, two are former Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) officials:

- Jack Hennigan
The 2025-26 PWHL season opened on Friday, November 21 and includes a total of 120 regular season games. To learn more, visit thepwhl.com.
