On March 27, the Vaughan Kings captured the GTHL Under-15 AAA Championship with a 3-1 series victory over the Toronto Jr. Canadiens.
Vaughan set the tone with a 6-3 win in Game 1, but the Jr. Canadiens responded in Game 2 with a 4-3 victory to even the series. The Kings answered with a statement, earning an 8-4 win in Game 3 before sealing the championship with a 3-1 victory in Game 4.
