GTHL Hiring: Coordinator, Development and Community Outreach

The Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) is accepting applications for the position of Coordinator, Development and Community Outreach.

This is a temporary, full-time position providing maternity leave coverage for an anticipated period of 12 months. The position is based at the GTHL office at 57 Carl Hall Road in North York. Applications will be accepted until October 13, 2026.

Under the direction of the GTHL’s General Manager and reporting to the Manager, Development and Community Outreach, the Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across a range of GTHL development initiatives, including coaching and player development, officiating development, and program logistics.

Key responsibilities include supporting and coordinating GTHL development programs, administering coaching and certification initiatives, organizing player development opportunities, supporting officiating programs and clinics, and working with Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation and other partners.

The GTHL is seeking candidates with relevant education or experience in sport management, business management, recreation or a related field. Experience within sport or a non-profit organization and knowledge of hockey are considered assets.
