Highlights | Scarborough Ice Raiders Rally to Claim 2026 GTHL U17 AA Championship

The Scarborough Ice Raiders are 2026 GTHL Under-17 AA champions after defeating the Mississauga Rattlers in five games in the Championship Series.

The Rattlers opened the series with a 4-2 win in Game 1, but following a 2-2 tie in Game 2, the Ice Raiders responded with a 2-1 victory in Game 3. Scarborough then took control in Game 4 with a 4-1 win, setting up a decisive Game 5.

In the championship game, the Rattlers grabbed an early 2-0 lead, but the Ice Raiders answered with five straight goals on their way to a 5-3 victory to clinch the title.

2026 U17 ‘AA’ Championship Series: 

  • GAME 1: 4-2 Mississauga Rattlers
  • GAME 2: 2-2 Tie
  • GAME 3: 2-1 Scarborough Ice Raiders
  • GAME 4: 4-1 Scarborough Ice Raiders
  • GAME 5: 5-3 Scarborough Ice Raiders
