  • Don Montgomery Memorial Valentines Tournament (February 6-9)  

The annual Don Montgomery Memorial Valentines Tournament returns for another season. This tournament offers House League and Select Divisions at Under-7 to U18.

  • GTHL Development Day presented by Gitch Sportswear (February 14) 

Limited spots remain for the GTHL’s second PD Skill Development Day of the 2024-2025 season presented by Gitch Sportswear (GSW) on February 14. The one-day camp works to enhance fundamental skills while prioritizing fun and is open to all players from U9 to U13. 

Players will take part in two on-ice and two off-ice sessions that focus on passing, shooting, skating, puck control, and most importantly, FUN! Off-ice sessions may include learning about what it takes to play for Team Canada, dryland training, or an additional sport offering such as basketball, baseball, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, or Spikeball. 

All players will receive their own jersey to keep as well as a snack throughout the day.

  • Shark Attack (February 21-23)  

Welcome to the Humber Valley Shark Attack! This tournament provides Select teams the opportunity to put their skills to the test. All games are played at the CWENCH Centre (Formerly Canlan Sports Etobicoke).

  • GTHL Playoffs presented by Gitch Sportswear (February 2025) 

The 2025 GTHL Playoffs presented by GSW will begin mid-February, as teams compete to be crowned GTHL Champions.

  • King Clancy Cup (February 2025)  

On December 14, the GTHL proudly announced the return of the King Clancy Cup for the 2024-25 season — marking its first appearance on the GTHL calendar since the 2018-19 campaign

As excitement builds for the tournament’s comeback, the GTHL is pleased to open registration for eligible teams. Non-playoff ‘A’ teams from the GTHL and the Mississauga Hockey League (MHL), in addition to non-playoff ‘AA’ and ‘AAA’ teams from the GTHL, are invited to compete. The tournament is open to any Hockey Canada sanctioned, Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF), or teams from the United States that meet the eligibility criteria. Other teams may participate with the necessary approval from tournament officials.
