Five former GTHL officials selected to skate World Junior pre-tournament games, World Junior A Challenge

Five former Greater Toronto Hockey League officials have been selected to officiate for the 2024 World Junior A Challenge and pre-tournament games for the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship.

Ryan Jenken has been selected as one of the tournament’s referees for the 2024 World Junior A Challenge.

For the World Junior pre-tournament games, both TJ Hunter and Derek Risebrough will skate as linespersons on December 21 when the USA faces off against Slovakia. Sean Kimmerly and Jack Hennigan will be the referees for the Sweden versus Germany match-up on December 23.

World Juniors – Pre-tournament Games (4): 

  • TJ Hunter (Linesperson)
  • Derek Risebrough (Linesperson)
  • Sean Kimmerly (Referee)
  • Jack Hennigan (Referee)
