GTHL announces 2025 Top Prospects, ticket information in Selection Show fuelled by Gatorade

TORONTO, ON – The Greater Toronto Hockey League announced today the 2025 GTHL Top Prospects in a selection show fuelled by Gatorade. The selection show featured the top 40 GTHL Under-16 ‘AAA’ players named to the prestigious game, taking place on January 29, 2025 at Herb H. Carnegie Centennial Centre. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30PM EST, with doors opening at 6:30PM.

Team Blue and Team Red rosters, which include two goaltenders, six defencemen, and 12 forwards on each team, are created through selections made by a committee of major junior hockey scouts. Of the 12 ‘AAA’ GTHL clubs, the rosters feature eight different teams. The Don Mills Flyers lead the way with nine selections, followed closely by the Toronto Titans with eight. The Toronto Jr. Canadiens see six players named, while five players are Toronto Marlboros. The Toronto Red Wings and Vaughan Kings each see four players selected, with the Mississauga Rebels and the North York Rangers rounding out the rosters with two players each.

The celebrity coaches who will take part in the 2025 GTHL Top Prospects Game fuelled by Gatorade will be announced at a later date.
