GTHL Launches Game of the Month Powered by LiveBarn Analytics

New monthly feature puts GTHL games in the spotlight, giving teams across every level a chance to be featured.

TORONTO, ON — The Greater Toronto Hockey League is introducing the GTHL Game of the Month, powered by LiveBarn Analytics, a new feature celebrating the moments, matchups, and memories that make minor hockey special.

From last-minute goals and thrilling comebacks to unforgettable team performances, the GTHL is looking for games worth watching again — and giving players, families, coaches, and fans the opportunity to help choose them.

Throughout the 2026-27 season, the GTHL will spotlight one game each month, rotating across House League and Select, A, AA, and AAA hockey to showcase the excitement and experiences found at every level of the League.

Players, parents, coaches, and fans are invited to nominate a game they believe deserves the spotlight. Whether it was a close finish, an incredible comeback, a memorable rivalry, or simply a game that brought out the best in both teams, the GTHL wants to hear about it.

Each month, the GTHL will review submissions and select a featured matchup, with a highlight package showcasing moments from the game.

The selected Game of the Month will be featured on the GTHL’s YouTube channel, website, and social media platforms, giving teams and players the opportunity to relive their favourite moments and share them with the wider hockey community.

The initiative builds on the GTHL’s multi-year partnership with LiveBarn Analytics, the Official Analytics Platform of the GTHL, which combines game video with advanced insights to support the hockey experience across the League.

If it was a game worth remembering, it’s a game worth nominating.

To submit a game for consideration, complete the GTHL Game of the Month nomination form linked below and tell us why your matchup deserves the spotlight.

Games will be selected by the GTHL from eligible submissions, with featured divisions rotating throughout the season.
