The Toronto Marlboros captured the GTHL Under-12 AAA Championship with a five-game series win over the Don Mills Flyers.
The Marlboros took Game 1 by a 4-1 score before the Flyers responded with a matching 4-1 win in Game 2. The Marlboros moved back in front with a 3-1 victory in Game 3, then earned a 1-1 tie in Game 4. In Game 5, the Marlboros and Flyers played to a 4-4 draw, which secured the final point the Marlboros needed to be the first to six-points and claim the title.
