On Saturday, February 28, the Greater Toronto Hockey League recognized the 2025-2026 Regular Season Champions at the Pro Hockey Life Cup celebrations. A total of 42 teams from Under-10 to U18 were crowned Pro Hockey Life Champions as they received their trophies, took team photos, and enjoyed a day off from competition to celebrate their regular season success ahead of the playoffs.
The 42 champions included 18 ‘A’ champions, 16 ‘AA’ champions, and eight ‘AAA’ champions. A total of 24 different associations won at least one championship.
The Leaside Flames, Toronto Marlboros, and Vaughan Rangers each won four titles, with the Humber Valley Sharks in a close second with three.
The Leaside Flames, Toronto Marlboros, and Vaughan Rangers each won four titles — highlighted by Leaside taking two U13 championships (U13 A East and U13 AA East) and Vaughan winning across four different age groups (U10, U12, U13, U16). The Humber Valley Sharks were close behind with three titles spanning three age groups/levels (U10 A West, U14 A West, U15 AA West).

- North Toronto: U10 A East, U12 AA East
- Forest Hill Force: U10 AA East, U17 A East
- Scarborough Ice Raiders: U11 AA East, U16 A East
- Scarborough Young Bruins: U14 AA East, U16 AA East
- Mississauga Beast: U13 AA West, U18 AA
- Avalanche: U15 A West, U17 A West
- Toronto Jr. Canadiens: U11 AAA, U16 AAA
