Day two of the Under-18 All-Star Festival fuelled by Gatorade featured both the ‘A’ and ‘AA’ All-Star Games on Saturday, January 28 at Scotiabank Pond.
The ‘A’ All-Stars began the festivities with a 1:00pm matinee, as Team East in red came away with a 4-1 victory over Team West in blue.
Logan Schnier (Hillcrest Canadiens) recorded one goal and one assist for Team East, earning the team’s Gatorade Performer of the Game.
For Team West, Nico Gupta-Baltazar was named the Gatorade Performer of the Game with the blue shirts lone goal of the contest.

After a scoreless first period, Team East jumped ahead with a 2-0 lead in the second period with goals from Alex Schmidt (Toronto East Enders Ticats) and Joseph Silber (Hillcrest Canadiens).
In the third period, Logan Schnier (Hillcrest Canadiens) extended Team East’s lead to 3-0 with a shorthanded marker. Team West responded not long after courtesy of Gupta-Baltazar (Greater Toronto Capitals), but that would be as close as Team West would come. Joel Tanner (Don Mills Mustangs) put the game away at 4-1, to give Team East the victory.
