The Greater Toronto Hockey League is proud to support more than 10 NHL/NHLPA First Shift programs delivered through its Member organizations. Designed for families new to the game, the First Shift offers an accessible, safe, and fun introduction to hockey. Open to players aged 6–10, the program includes a full set of Bauer equipment and six weeks of on-ice sessions focused on developing foundational skating and hockey skills.
